USCIS IMMIGRATION PHYSICALS IN ORANGE COUNTY

Xpress Urgent Care can perform USCIS Immigration Physicals in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) for immigrants from another country. Each evaluation includes an examination performed according to the medical guidelines established by the DHS, USCIS and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Our examining civil surgeon will record your exam results on Form I-693 for you to return to the USCIS.

Included in the Immigration Physical examination:

  • Physical examination and completion of all the necessary paperwork
  • Physical and mental evaluation
  • A review of all available medical records
  • Evaluation of other physical or mental abnormality, disease or disability
  • Vaccinations and status verification
  • Chest x-ray (if needed)

Administration of vaccines and any other required services are available at additional cost.

What you MUST bring to your USCIS Medical Exam

  • Government-issued picture ID
  • Vaccine/Immunization records
  • Hospital or clinic records, including proof of prior treatment for tuberculosis or their infectious disease
  • Prior to chest x-rays and/or other diagnostic tests
  • Any mental health records
  • Immigration Physical Form I-693 form (Download PDF)
